How Can fatigue Along With Loss Of Appetite Be Treated?

9yr old female initial symptoms day 1-2 nighttime emesis, frequency only 1-2 times, strong fatigue not able to walk around without feeling light headed, laying most of the day, loss of appetite, sensitive mouth day 2-4 multiple mouth ulcerations white in colour with some pink redness at base, very tender in mouth, difficulty eating and drinking fluids, several eruptions intra-orally, excess clear mucus production in nasal passage and back of throat, fatigue remaining strong and loss of appetite
